Rose Apple Villa is a private 5 acre estate located on the northside shore of Jamaica. Close to Ocho Rios, it sits atop rolling hills overlooking the carribean ocean. It is for rent on weekly or monthy basis, and boasts 4 bedrooms, each with own bathrooms & AC, and includes your personal maid and a driver to get you around town. Upon request, your own cook can be arranged at an additional fee. The owners are Walen & Marjorie Rhodes of Blue Ridge Georgia, but it doesn’t matter where you are…rental arrangements can be made regardless…and Mastercard/Visa is accepted. Rates vary depending on time of year, but on average you’ll pay $200 per night, thats for up to 4 people ! Hotels in Jamaica will be at LEAST that if not more, and you will not have a private pool, cooking facilities, a personal driver, or the peace & quiet Rose Apple Villa offers.
